Kia Ora Whanau. This  week is powerful.  Eugene has the distinct pleasure of speaking with Hanny Allston. Hanny is based in Tasmania and is a high performance coach, owner of Find Your Feet Outdoors, former junior and senior world champion orienteer - elite trail runner and now the author of Finding My Feet, a  powerful memoir which delves into a lot of topics including body image, mental health, and bullying, which we don’t often talk about in the trail running space, but we definitely should. We talk taper madness (a thing) run-down the Kepler big shots, and have an important Stuff You Should Know and a beautiful Greatest Run Ever. Also, what’s in a name?  If you are coming to Kepler, hope to see you there for our live show!  Enjoy.
